Privacy policy.

This Policy describes how personal data submitted by visitors of gmasich.ru is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» (Russian Federation). The data operator is:

When you submit the contact form, the operator processes the following data you voluntarily provide:

• name — to address you in the reply;
• email address — to send the reply;
• message body — the content of your inquiry;
• technical metadata (User-Agent, submission timestamp) — for service operation and abuse prevention.

In addition to form data, the site also collects pseudonymous web-analytics data — see Section 7.

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• responding to your inquiry submitted via the contact form;
• protecting the website from spam, abuse, and automated submissions;
• compliance with applicable law of the Russian Federation.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6, Part 1, Item 1 of 152-FZ), provided when submitting the form. Consent is formalized as a separate document — see «Personal Data Consent».

Data submitted via the contact form is stored on the operator's servers located in the Russian Federation (Krasnodar Krai) for no more than 12 months from the date of submission. Form data is not shared with third parties except as expressly required by law. Transfer of pseudonymous web-analytics data to the Yandex.Metrika processor is described in Section 7. Cross-border transfer of personal data occurs only upon explicit user action via the comments service — see the «Third-Party Services» section for details.

Under 152-FZ you have the right to:

• obtain information about whether and how your data is processed;
• request clarification, correction, or amendment of the data;
• request deletion if data is processed in violation of law;
• withdraw consent at any time by emailing the operator;
• file a complaint with Roskomnadzor or in court.

The site uses cookies for interface functionality (theme preference, locale) and Yandex.Metrika (counter 109141098) for traffic analytics and site improvement.

Yandex.Metrika automatically collects the following pseudonymous data about visitor activity:

• cookies (for session identification and to avoid double-counting);
• IP address and approximate geolocation derived from it;
• device and browser characteristics (User-Agent, screen resolution, language);
• pages viewed, link clicks, time on site, clickmap data;
• pseudonymous session recording (Webvisor) — mouse movements, scrolling, form-field interactions without recording the actual values entered;
• URL of the referring page (referrer).

Legal basis — Article 6 Part 1 Item 7 of 152-FZ (legitimate interest of the operator in analyzing and improving the site). User consent for cookies and pseudonymous statistics is not required, provided this is disclosed in this Policy and a means to opt out is offered.

Data is processed by LLC «YANDEX» (TIN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia). Data is stored on YANDEX servers within the Russian Federation. See Yandex Privacy Policy for details: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/eng

If you do not want Yandex.Metrika to collect data about your visits, you can:

• disable cookies or enable «Do Not Track» in your browser settings;
• use tracker-blocking extensions (uBlock Origin, AdBlock and similar);
• install the official Yandex opt-out extension — https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html.

The blog uses Giscus (giscus.app), which integrates with GitHub Discussions. GitHub is owned by GitHub Inc. (USA). Comments load ONLY after your explicit click on the «Load discussion» button. Before the click, no data is transmitted to Giscus or GitHub. After the click, and when you sign in to GitHub to comment, your data (username, avatar, comment text) is processed by GitHub Inc. under their own privacy policy (https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-privacy-statement). This constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data to the USA, to which you consent by your conscious click.

The operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available at gmasich.ru/privacy. The effective date is shown in the document header.
